Biggest Bros #1
ToeJam and Earl
From the planet Funkotron these two lunatic aliens, one is a red thin three legged dude with a huge chain around his neck, the other is the orange version of majin boo with sunglasses, rather odd hip hop lovers. Story tells, they accidentally arrived on earth with their spaceship broken into pieces, their mission is looking out for those broken pieces spread throughout several stages. Well, nice level design concept but also very awkward, free roaming gameplay, going to another level they have to use the elevator and strangely they can fall from one stage to the lower one. It can be played with a single player, using only one of them, not good enough tho, the real fun it’s when played with these bros side by side on the quest to recover the missing pieces.
Biggest Bros #2
Ash and Pikachu
And we have here Pokémon!? Honestly, something I’m not used to talk about. From the few episodes that I’ve ever seen from the series, they were focused on these two fellas here, a trainer and his pet, more than that, they preserve between them such a great friendship. Aww! Soooo cute! I’m about to drop off a couple of tears. I really mean it, not being ironic here.
Biggest Bros #3
Jay and Silent Bob
I gotta love these dudes. Two remarkable characters played by Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith from the movies such as Clerks or Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. These two close bros since their childhood, abandoned in front of a convenience store, soon they would have found their workplace. Two entrepreneurs with some marketing skills to improve their sales, it includes their famous jingle “Fifteen bucks, little man! Put that s**t in my hand. If that money doesn’t show, then you owe me owe-me-o”, it proves their concerns to please the costumers. All that they want it’s a place with no police around the corners and to chill out while listening some good music and talking about their stuff. Even though being two criminals fellas, they’re nice guys.
Biggest Bros #4
Simon Pegg and Nick Frost
Again, from the movies, but these two names featuring in this number of the list aren’t really fictional characters, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are in fact their real names, they have participated together side by side in several movies. I just love each one of their movies, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz or Paul. Indeed, really funny guys, the result is pure awesomeness, mentioning a better duo than this, it’s trully a difficult task. They complete to each other. If you haven’t seen their movies, just do it now!
Biggest Bros #5
Goku and Krillin
The fate joined Goku and Krillin on the quest of being the greatest fighter(s) of the entire world, in the middle it’s the master Roshi to make it come into reality. At the beginning of the journey they’re almost at the same power level, goku the half monkey child, well known by his naivety, far from thinking of being from an alien race, fact that made him naturally stronger than the common human being, by the other hand, krillin is by his human nature (although not having a nose) weaker than goku but he takes advantage of goku’s naivety and cheats when needed. A little of hatred in the beginning turned to be a great friendship, friends for life. Well, krillin was being constantly kicked off the scene, although being a key character in the Goku’s Super Sayan transformation, after the Freezer saga the punch bag was almost forgotten, married a hot android chick and his hair grew, but his nose didn’t.
Biggest Bros #6
Pinky and the Brain
“They’re Pinky and The Brain Yes, Pinky and The Brain One is a genius The other’s insane” that’s the best way to describe them. Two tiny creatures originally from the animated series Animaniacs, they had to have their own animated series. One of them, the Brain has in mind some of the greatest cunning plans to rule the whole world and he counts with the help of his faithful companion Pinky, just like Heisenberg and Pinkman. Will they be successful in their journey to control the world? Don’t know, but they certainly are one of the funniest duos ever.
Biggest Bros #7
While I was figuring out which names would feature this list, I was simply thinking whom are the closest pals ever. Literally speaking, here they are CatDog. Okay, they form a single body and are called by a single word, but they have two heads and completely different personalities. I didn’t see too much of it, somehow appears a cat and a dog attached to each other. Cool and cute bros, fabulous cartoon series.
…enough of bros, see ya next time bro!!
